As a trainer with Revival, Megan sees the person as a whole. Mind, body and spirit. She works with each individual person to find what their goals are and how she can help facilitate those goals.
Megan especially loves educating and coaching clients on better nutrition habits, making healthier swaps and finding a true balance for eating in every day life. Having difference approaches to nutrition gives her the ability to make an individual plan for anyone!
Megan found her love for working out and nutrition after having her two boys and wanting to be a healthier, more active parent. Her passion for helping people brought her to training and coaching with Revival and she is excited to work with all ages and experience levels!
