One-on-one training sessions are customized around your needs and goals. We will incorporate dynamic strength and cardiovascular exercises to increase fat loss while maintaining muscle integrity and continue to build core strength. We can also incorporate a yoga practice to address both flexibility and mobility training.
Small group training is still individualized but provide extra motivation in working alongside 2-3 others. This is a great option for those that like the camaraderie of being a part of a team. You will be placed with other individuals within your current ability and work towards your individual goals together. If availibilty permits, join a current group or make a new group with friends!
