What Is Your Body?



If we were to ask you what your “body” is. What is the first thing you’d say? The physical right? Of course! After all, we do post a lot about the physical body. But what if that’s only the top layer to the definition? And underneath lies many more sub-levels. The first being your organs.

We all know proper organ function is a necessary part to living a healthy balanced lifestyle. Yet, if we were to ask what the last intentional thing you did for your internal body was, could you answer? If not, don’t worry. If you’re living a healthy balanced lifestyle, you do many things on a daily basis for your organs.

One of the most beneficial steps you can take in ensuring you have healthy organs...Drink water! (We know, mind-blowing right?). It’s beat to death with how much were told to drink water. We all know it’s important, but why?
