This one on one coaching call is a strategy session consisting of exactly what you need for where you are. Book your session with Lucienne and move forward in your nutrition, training, and overall Health and Wellness journey. Ask questions and receive a game plan and ACTIONABLE steps to take away. Prior to your initial consult you will have an opportunity to list out the topics and questions you that are most important to you.
