At Revival Training, we train holistically providing training for all levels of fitness, nutritional coaching, and customized program design. We work to train your mind, your body, and your soul for a health and wellness journey that is attainable and sustainable. We don’t believe in the “fast track” to health. Our core values are about balance, education, and sustainability. We get to know you at the core and include what works for you and your lifestyle into your training program. Our customized approach allows us to work with individuals from all walks of life through their own personal journeys. Our ultimate goal is to help you get in tune with your mind, body, and soul so that you can experience holistic wellness & health and continuous growth.
Our Philosophy
At Revival Training we believe there are three elements that are fundamental to true wellbeing; mind, body and soul. When each of these three are balanced and in harmony, you’ll be in a state of mental, physical and spiritual equilibrium.
Our logo embodies this philosophy. Each of the triangle’s sides represent the mind, body and soul, while their extended edges that feed into a circle speak for their dependency on one-another as a pathway to holistic wellbeing.
